- Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless otherwise agreed

- Change over day for weekly bookings is Saturday unless otherwise agreed

- Chalet keys must be picked up and returned to the Warren office within opening times (9 - 5pm Mon - Fri, 10 - 5pm

  Sun) unless otherwise agreed


- A booking for a holiday will only be confirmed when a deposit of 25% has been received together with a completed

  "Booking Form" and a signed "Warren Park Owners Conditions of Hire". The balance of the booking cost must be

  received no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, the total cost must be paid in   

  full at time of booking

- At least one member of the party must by over 25

- The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed that stated on the booking form

 

- No pets allowed

- No smoking inside the chalet

- No jet skis allowed

- Temporary membership of the Warren leisure club is available for £40 - £70 per week for up to 6 adults which is

  payable directly to the Warren. Guests also have the option of paying a daily usage fee of £15 for up to 6 adults or 

  £5 per adult per day

- There are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water

- Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen and, bed linen and a mattress for the chalet

  travel cot if required

- Please bring your own bath, leisure and beach towels

- All reasonable and proper care must be taken of the chalet and shed including all their contents and the chalet

  grounds

- The chalet and shed and all their contents and chalet grounds must be left in the same state of repair, condition

  and tidiness as at the beginning of the stay

- The owner must be notified of any breakages, damages or blockages which may be charged for
